This is so easy to make and keeps you full for hours. I’ve chosen my favourite combination of fruits and nuts but the options are literally endless! I find this recipe to be the perfect balance of fruit and crunch from the nuts and seeds. The cinnamon give the oats a bit of extra flavour without any extra sugar. I use a slightly sweetened greek yoghurt, but you can use sugar free if you prefer, the juice from the cherries adds enough sweetness for me, also there is the option to add honey or maple syrup if you like it a bit sweeter. You can also do a vegan version with a coconut yoghurt and plant based milk.
You can make a batch of the oats/chia/cinnamon and milk and leave it in the fridge for up to 4 days, spoon out as much as you want and add whatever fruit and nuts you have on hand. If make-ahead breakfasts are your thing, my Homemade Superfood Granola is another great one to keep in the pantry.
